Not paying rent

Hi guys how do you report a none payment of rent, destruction of property, eviction on a tenants record. Tenant moved out right b4 court date. She is robbing the system. I dnt want this to happen to other landlords.

 OK, case was dismissed in court. judge says becos she already moved out. 


That doesn't make sense. In my state an eviction for nonpayment has 2 parts. One is the order of possession and the other is an award for the monetary damage. So, yes I can understand why they dismissed the award for possession because they already left, but they should have awarded you the money owed you plus the court costs.

Also, if a tenant moves out without turning over keys etc, there is a court action similar to eviction in my state where the judge can award possession by declaring the place abandoned by the tenant.

Either way there should be a judgement for the rent owed at least. That part should not have been dismissed.
