Shared housing usually attracts undergrads who are living away from home for the first time.  

My undergrad is in Architecture.I have started to lay the ground work for my own real estate development company.

I believe the University of Denver has an undergrad program not sure about others.If you are looking for a corporate CRE gig think the MS RED at USC is likely bigger bang for the buck.

Salisbury University Stats: - Suburban setting- Full time undergrads - 7,323- Part time undergrads - 646- Grad students - 688- Estimate of 10% commuters- Room and board - $10,240When I say Salisbury University is expanding, I mean it.

I am a UW grad student and the area is kind of far for undergrads, perhaps more suitable for grad students/post docs with family. 

I have found some 20 somethings tend to have more visitors but the biggest issue really is with people in the bar and restaurant industry or undergrads when the rest of the people are working adults. 

I moved away to Washington, DC for undergrad and I am currently a graduate student at Georgetown working on a masters in real estate finance.
