There are a lot of websites that offer the course online, or if you have a college near you, they also typically offer a class that satisfies the pre-licensing requirement.

I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

My advise is to look at property online and see if you can talk with an agent first to see what the rules are for that state.

You add your coverage yourself online and can see all your properties listed on one screen to manage them.

You look at this balance sheet and you see $500,000 in loans to 200 Walnut Street listed on Line 7a.

Have you had it evaluated by a Realtor, or are you relying on Zillow or other online algorithms to estimate your property's value?
