@Simcha Davidman seek for a local wholesaler and learn the trade, you will get the best deals that way, I agree with @Judy P. when she suggests to start with Single Family, what if you really don't like being a landlord of one family, how will you handle multiple?

Couple of things, you may not be able to convert the garage into a studio apartment, that depends on your zoning, and that goes for @Judy P. idea about splitting the property into two lots, it all depends on zoning and what you are allowed to put there, but if the typical lot is an acre or less, i think she has a good idea, i wouldn't sell just yet until you did some research. what town do you have the property in ?

We charge $2 per load, which is the max the machine coin slot can accommodate.I'm not sure it would be as profitable on a smaller building, but might be worth it if you could buy used machines.We're thinking of adding a vending machine down in the laundry room as another revenue source.
