Beyond property owner losses are retailers, grocery workers, dog walkers and all walks of life whom’s livelihood was interrupted.

In 2022, we had guests with dogs that scratched the floors (repeated scratching of the floor that they do, when they want to go outside) in front of the patio doors. 

It was a very long drive. 18 hours in total on the open road, I would sleep in my car along the way and live off of gas station food.

You're feeding 2 dogs with one biscuit by taking care of your living expenses and generating rental income at the same time, and by living in the house and keeping it to 4, you generally get exemptions on things that might bother you to live with (IE you can choose whomever you want as your tenants without running afoul of fair housing laws).

Bird dogging is a way to make money but its not gonna get you rich.WE have had many do some birddogging for us on the private lending side to find qualified people that need a loan and its interesting how many last a few weeks - I sense the same holds true for real estate bird dogs.

Challenge: It's in a neighborhood (no HOA), and renting the entire property (sleeps 25 in total) caused problems in the neighborhood, due to noise and parties – so we only rent the separate cabins now.
