We do the whole process and are now expanding to tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami for infill lots and building 3 units on a slab. 

@Jay HinrichsAfter the closing keynote they announced the location of BP2025 and Jay will be happy to hear it is in Las Vegas (he has advocated for Las Vegas at least a few times).I will say I enjoyed the lower attendance of this year compared to Orlando.

Most of the time - and especially since Orlando area bookings have cratered - we don't have back-to-back guests outside of the holidays, so in practice we usually just provide the info to the guest a couple of hours early.

I worked for a family owned company that built laminated timber structures throughout the Northeast but one of the sons had a good portfolio of multi family properties throughout Jacksonville and Orlando.

We also manage for other owners in the Jacksonville and Orlando areas so we've overseen other work as well not counted in that.
