Search these very forums for info on this, but you will find that LLCs and Corporations are not what they're hyped up to be.

All this hype around it, all these people hammering at it, yet the vast majority are all but clueless on transactions. 

Recommend you try to search here on BP for posts about S8, so you get the reality, NOT the hype!

I'll need to do a better deep dive but I cant see why there's a hype for these the LTR/MTR.

Sometimes people are so hyped to get partners that they partner too early with the wrong people. 6 months of meetups consistently will give a huge springboard, especially since you have a property already that you can get advice on how to fine tune as well.

HAHA I was 100% wrong with COVID and Bitcoin as well (I was correct about NFT's though).I also thought Tesla and Facebook would go bankrupt and never make any money. 

Maybe I bought into the hype or I don't know what I'm doing.  

Most of the books I've read so far hype cash flow as the main metric to consider when buying a property.

This is a perfect example of believing the hype that an LLC protects you personally.

But no one that stupid is going to ever get to the point where they are entertaining a 100-unit, so there's no point in trying to market to that person, they don't really exist at that scale (and, to they extent that they do, they aren't falling for real estate scams, they are falling for crypto/nft/blockchain/ai [+ next years buzzword, whatever that is] type scams).
