Are there any specific methods you are intersted in?

I am new newbie and would love some opinions and advice, was looking at a new construction home near a major interstate close to downtown.

I would say the Baylor bubble is going to be the downtown area ish that is on the east side of I-35 between the interstate and Valley Mills and from the river on the north down to say 17th street.

Flagstaff is on Interstate 40, so if your property is convenient to the highway, you will have no problem renting it.

And then, , with the trend back towards insourcing, meaning manufacture of goods in the United States based on what happened with the supply chain and China, , investing in areas along major interstates is probably a good idea to the transportation and logistics is going to be very, , very strong there.

What types of properties / strategies are you intersted in? 

Good schools and low crime, near interstate access but 15-20 min drive to major employment hub may be a Class B area.
