I’ve worked in the legal business for the Navy and it’s not a problem to get police reports and get an RFI from the tenant.

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

My favorite credit union is Navy Federal, because they offer a long draw period. 

It is behind the 76 strip in Kingsagte next to the French Quarter.

Just call him, all that you want to know in the questions above he can answer for you.He is incredibly nice, but nonsense, he is ex military (navy if I remember correctly).He is not a hard sell kind of guy, in his estimation you either want to invest or you don't so he is not going to chase or pester you.  

I personally use Navy Federal and they aren't small, I would actually recommend just about any credit union.
