It will be on you to reach out to these folks to see if you would be a good match for what they need.It is *not* a site where people can just put in their travel dates and find, book and pay for a place to stay without interacting with a human.

These are the folks that know who is getting the itch to sell before anyone else.

It seemed like most the folks you have on staff are CPA or other, but no specific legal experts.

I could see folks doing new builds if they have 1031 money they need to place somewhere and they are putting 30%+ down however.Way too much sunshine in this thread about the current market conditions here in Huntsville and Madison right now. 

There are so many shady sellers out there that you meet online, so it's nice to work with folks who will shoot you straight.
