It frustrates me that landlords are held to a different standard than the supermarkets, gas stations, and cable companies.I guess the more diplomatic thing to do would be to issue a notice to vacate for a protracted date (90 days was mentioned) with no raise, and then part ways.

I imagine Airbnb (the company) has their own wifi.Wifi router just takes the incoming internet signal from a modem (cable or otherwise) unless you have a combo unit.If you have a hardwired incoming internet cable then you can use almost any wifi device.

But people do live underneath these power cables all over the usa.

Spectrum has cable box free app for smart TVs that bring in basic package on top of the standard apps on the roku platform is what we use primarily.

I'm curious about the high cable expense and $2,400 in utilities. 

Keep in mind the owner still has to pay for lawn maintenance, utilities, cable etc...

Are you providing cable and high speed internet, security system, cleaning service etc?
