I used to live in Nome, Alaska growing up.Haven't heard much about Cleveland, but it's always great to chat with AK people about outside markets and compare how they stack up.

Not a fair housing issue or protected by ESS/service animal regulations.

Because I wasted 3 years studying, talking, Bee-Essing about real estate. 

If they layout is wierd, people won't stay once they can afford something better. al ess desireable location or no parking attracts only those who can't get anything better.

What I see as a broker, is only the top 20% of agents get pricing right, to know your market, you need to define your farming area, know every nome in it, and track sales, and listings, see price reductions and expired, and days on market for each, there is no easy way.

You're there to learn and network, so come prepared to do both.Like the others have said, leave your credit card/cash in your pocket for everything except the bill your waiter/ess hands you.
