Phoenix metro is essentially East Valley good, West Valley not as good. 

I have heard of a new government office coming in on the east side which should provide good careers in the next 2 or 3 years.

I suppose this is routine for East Coast lenders.

i am unfamiliar with your local market but up in the North East, New England in particular, my brokerage hosts a lot of REI meet ups every month.

The high end is the 20 or so co ops on 5th Avenue or Park Ave (one is on East End Avenue) that require liquid assets of $100 million + to gain board approval.  

You likely know this, but the RE prices are crazy high unless you go east.  

All the high tech stuff is happening north of Bend by Redmond and east.

Currently exploring investing in South-East Spain (Almeria) for STR.From what I read as US-resident, it's much more advantageous to invest via a Spanish SL (able to deduct costs in the tax + less transfer tax in the purchase). 

Just wondering how many folks would really use this that are like I said not really educated on how title and escrow works and I find East coast folks to be highly reliant on closing attornies and have very little knowledge of title and escrow functions..

Depending on your budget, I'd recommend areas like Olde Towne East, Clintonville, Merion Village, Grandview, Southern Orchards and a few others.
