But you have to be there 10 years consistently after obtaining the proper residency and approved permits AND meet the annual donation requirements, THEN it will be reduced to 5%.However, after reviewing this again,I feel all the other details associated with Act 60 is not really worth my while.

All my money is still in equities.I'm sure by now at lot of people in my position would have already reached out, but I'm not going to waste someones time until I'm fairly sure I have a path forward.I'm a mentor of sorts in the tech space and have learned I can't wish/donate/coach/bribe people into having drive.
