The property is in the Jade District if anyone has particular insight on the area.4) I have some contacts for real estate agents, but I feel like they're better suited to assisting buying and selling SFR. 

@Derek Diamond  I don't mean to be jaded here but I would say that your needs to make your operation more profitable are in the management of the property.

@Charley Fernandez I understand what you are doing and have a few (jaded) comments. 1) She couldn't afford last month's rent (late) 2) She couldn't afford this month's rent (late and partial payment) 3) See the pattern (digging deeper hole)?

Regardless, it's interesting to me.Anyway, as someone who has been pretty jaded about buying wholesale deals the past couple years, this has been pretty refreshing, and I'm hoping that buying from wholesalers can provide a viable stream of deals in the future.
