Since we created a new LLC at closing and were both 50/50 partners, I couldn't send the funds directly to the title company.

I'm unsure as to what PM Companies may charge but have you looked into the cost?

If you already have an experienced property management company to take care of the properties, then it wouldn't be that much of difference based on how they handle the properties.Typically you get more younger generations in the apartment buildings than any multi family homes.

I have a list of the appropriate people/systems to service the property, so hiring a property management company does not make sense financially.My question is, has anyone else run into this issue?
