Hi Meghan,Curious why you would choose DFW instead of Memphis to get started on your portfolio, especially if you are local.  

My credit was pulled twice (currently sitting at a 700+ according to Experian) but I don't know if this would affect my score or anything when it come to actually choosing a property and locking in a rate.

Especially since I’m already the one choosing rates/terms. 

Which ever we choose will at least give us some experience and perspective in the over all process of REI!
