Last year I bought my first property at a foreclosure sale in Dane county, a small 2 bed 1 bath condo on the east side of Madison.

Is it like Watsonville Santa Cruz County or Pescadero.

Most of mine have been done just north of Charlotte in Rowan County along with some in Cabarrus

I have 9 properties in 2 states and 3 different counties.

Now less than a year later, the property is being sold as a duplex and everything on the city and county’s website said duplex.

This would allow us to come to the table with less funds out of pocket on the front end when starting construction.Is the best way to complete the transfer of ownership through a traditional sale registered with the county?
