I hope this isn't the case with you but...I am of the opinion that you should evict them ASAP, don't wait.If you want a reminder of what can go wrong with a professional tenant, rent the film PACIFIC HEIGHTS with Matthew Modine and Michael Keaton.

I can't say that I have seen anything that will top someone using old carpet out of their own home, but I have seen a lot of cheap work done by people with no construction knowledge.In the shows defense, they don't always film the idiots.
