So if you're not living in it but the Tenant Buyer is living in it I would get a registered loan originator RMLO involved in the property transaction regarding the ATR rule.Also read the HOA rules and regs re seller financing, HOA s get in the way as to how to sell and rent.

They will want the ATR as well although if you have the file number they can usually give the starting bid amount for the foreclosure sale coming up.You could have someone buy the note at a big discount and then let the seller off of the hook and then let you make payments to them.
