Just stumbled onto the podcast and forum and thought I'd throw out my first post as I'm beginning to read How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started, as well as working through general knowledge and terminology in the industry.I'm a 29-year old strength and conditioning coach working in China with the NBA for the past two years, focusing on youth and pro level basketball development.

Long story short, the fence/barn/chicken coupe/driveway/basketball court etc, remains until it falls/burns etc.

I was going to name my LLC that I use for my fix and flips "Flipping Cleveland" as those of us that have called this gem of a city home have said variations of this over the years in regards to our local governments and/or sports teams... ok, mostly our football team... and the baseball team since the early 2000's... and our basketball team sans LeBron...

A baseball, basketball, hockey, or soccer stadium could be different though as there is a steadier level of activity associated with 40-80 games per year than just 8.
