Eastmoor and whitehall are good too because of newer home ages after 1940 where you don't have knob and tube wiring and some of the other issues. don't be afraid to look at new construction or ground up new builds closer to downtown. rentals are overpriced in these areas but build costs are low and it can be a good strategy

turnkey section 8 is not going to be like buying a brand new home there will always be differed items or stuff that does not work etc.. age of homes makes this impossible. then you add section 8 tenants and  there you go

My point is I'm not interested in having a second job.Currently doing analysis on identifying top zip codes for the facility based on criteria like age distribution, median income, education levels, % of home ownership.

In person is better than over the phone if possible, as I have been told by annoyed or lazy clerks "NO STR allowed" as that was the easy button to get me off the phone, or if they are anti STR.
