I have no affiliation (or ever heard of them until today) but they are HQ'd in YT and appear to be investment real estate friendly based on their filings.

The FCI note may have stopped performing already but we are just transferring over the servicing we need to make sure the buyer is not just confused on where to send the check.We have also bought 1 REO through Granite, and 3 NP notes (1 through FCI and 2 through Note School affiliates).In total we have deployed over 50k in capital and have been pleased with the results so far.

When I see these new posters do nothing but recommend the same company in every post and not participate on the site in any other way, I get very suspicious.If you newbies have affiliations with these companies you're promoting, I suggest you disclose it.

An advisor, not affiliated with any investment house, who works on a flat fee basis would be a step in the right direction.
