Also concerning, I just looked at zillow post and the pictures are very grainy and unflattering, even though they should have access to the nicer photos (I have had these for years, see below)..I've also been getting lots of calls form companies wanting me to sell my house.

I'd estimate that I currently have about $300k in equity on my home, and am seriously considering borrowing some of it to invest in real estate, however I have no idea what the best options would be (syndicating, rentals, flips, lending, etc).

Katie, my advice would be to do a cash-out refinance and take out the maximum amount you can for the property to still be able to cash flow.

My property manager is on my landlord insurance policy as Additional Insured, and my tenants add me as Additional Interest.

I do not have a landline, but my grandmother who has dementia does, and she’s getting constant phone calls from wholesalers.

The tenant has also ignored several of my attempts to contact her via phone and text and will only respond to my emails.
