I'm not asking you to give up your secret sauce, but it's frustrating to read your response given I spent unknown thousands of $$ to make sure I don't get myself into a jam with the government and am following the rules.Where's the case law I can show my attorneys and originators they are morons?

Unknown tenants abuse floors.

The buyer gets that amount by default if material misrepresentations by the seller.I am sure they will not like that either.I tell sellers if I can't validate the income stream for paying XXXX price then I have to reduce my offer to cover unknowns you are not willing to verify with the property.If the seller doesn't acknowledge that they are looking for a sucker buyer to pay a premium for their problems and you need to move on.

However, section-8 will have other unknowns on typically a slightly larger wear/tear on property (not generalizing but section-8 individuals are generally from a different socio-economic background).

Tile buckling, counter tops with gaps, buckets full of water from unknown leaks, home made plumbing, etc.

Future home prices and interest rates are unknown.  

Although, if they are unknown to you and reached out via Facebook, I would probably steer clear.  

I think the next one is on 2/25 with the location unknown (it's somewhat peripatetic).  

As I press through my pre-licensing course I begin to think about the "unknown" as I pursue a career as an agent. 

Hard to evict if the squatters name is unknown.
