His story isn’t nearly as exciting as some guru who can help you get 25 doors your first year with no money on YouTube but it is far more practical and achievable.  

I own property in the HIstoric West End and I have also seen a huge transformation. 

Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

My advice is to check out flip with Rick on YouTube or website.
