I do these types of deals when I don't want to tie up a ton of cash or I am not really thrilled about X price but willing to put a property out there and see if it sells.Hope that helps!

I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this site whilst doing some research on the real estate industry.  

We are pretty thrilled with the turnaround especially with the 4th of July holiday this last weekend.Now we close on 3 more tomorrow!

Even if I can structure it to break even for the first year or two, I'd be thrilled.  

I guess the question I'm asking is if having ONLY BP Pro is enough to network with people or if i should go out and sign up for one of these paid city memberships..OR if there are some meet-ups/clubs I don't even know about.Again, thank you all for the feedback, and I will definitely try to give back by sharing my experiences/adventures with yall =) Like I said, I'm still a super newbie with about 2 weeks worth of knowledge so it might take some time, but I am thrilled to get there!
