To live in a "decent" neighborhood, you are going to pay through your teeth.  

And if you're doing 5-10 wholesale deals /year there is no reason whatsoever you shouldn't be able to maximize the return of your deals by having multiple exit strategies.  

Here is a prime example of a wholesale deal by a wholesaler that has no clue what they are doing and adds no value whatsoever.

So 15 years vacant with no one ever seen around property, two dead deed holders since 2000 and late taxes which I paid up and changed addresses to me and the people who were paying it have no relation to dead owners whatsoever. 

I went to pick it up on a Sunday morning and was met by a very anxious looking guy without a whole lot of teeth.

We'll see if there's a problem, but even just the way they have a secure, organized online system for disclosure submittal is impressive, some other banks actually have no security whatsoever, they want you to email identity theft bait unencrypted!
