I contacted the the title company to ask about the survey, they said that the sellers had provided them with one.

@Destiny Dunbar I like the idea of doing a survey on wholesaling, unfortunately, I don't think you're going to find a positive outcome on BP.I think all businesses even non-real-estate-related need to have a core focus on either Quality, Price, or Convenience.
