Most places that I know of, rentals are still renting fast so I am not sure why two months in you still don't have it rented.

Not sure if that is the case for you or if you are worried about burnout but if not, I would continue making extra as a nurse which will help with getting you approved based on income for future homes.

It's worth about $350,000 and no liens.I was thinking about making it a midterm rental or a short-term rental but it would require quite a bit of work and would require getting a home equity loan.Also considering selling and buying a turnkey str.I do plan on leaving the country and I'm not sure where I'll end up.Would love to hear the pros and cons from all you professionals.

@Emma Whear I might suggest you talk to a local real estate attorney (or another owner of a similar property) to make sure you prepare yourself if/when the City's blind eye starts being able to see ;-)

@Brent Coombs  I am not sure if they have met the benchmark of actually making loans yet. 

I'm out of the same area and interested in multifamily BRRRR, or live in flip, but either way,  househacking for sure.
