Hi Nolan,It takes money to make money.Don't expect to make $10 million with $3,000 in your pocket--it's very unlikely.I believe Cardone used his large cash flow from sales consulting to seed his real estate purchases.The more you have to put towards this, the more you can make.

You can test it by using a spray bottle and 50% white vinegar and water- soak until soft and pull from a corner.
