Hey everyone!

My name is Evan. I’m from Utah, and am 22. I dropped out of school in 2017, have started multiple companies in the marketing and sales space. I’ve learned more than I ever thought I could and been working hard day in and day out.

COVID has laid the hurt on my businesses since before it hit the US and I’ve just been learning and transitioning focus and time to other things.

Real Estate has always been the long term goal. Commercial, residential, fix and flips, rentals… you name it. I’ve learned through me other ventures that it’s all about systems and processes. Efficiency. So I’m really wanting to build something big and long term here.

I’ve been going through books, YouTube, BP and just been soaking everything up. I’m starting my real estate “journey” with wholesaling. The right way. None of the weird sketchy stuff I see every once in awhile (so please don’t come to me with anything shady). Soon to be reinvesting capital into investment properties as soon as I can.

Really excited to be networking with some really smart and determined people on here. I’ll be looking for some mentors and hopefully be one some day to somebody and become someone who can have some actual good information and opinions to newcomers as I grow. I’ll be doing deals in my market and virtually as well. No limits unless it’s a licensed state (don’t got that quite yet).
