Not only will there ultimately be a housing shortage but incomes will be rising to elevate rents and appreciation. 

They’re supposed to collect exactly what they think they’ll spend in the next 12 months plus make up any reserve shortages. 

I shopped for quotes from about 5 vendors and they gave me the best quote (thousands less than all the others) and even though installation did not happen for 2.5 months due to material shortage etc that was going on at that time, I am really happy with the work done and the quality of the windows.

Maybe they are busy at work , there is a labor shortage out there .

I have heard it is hard to get construction loans because of material and contractor shortages.

Not worth the headache between labor AND material shortage for someone trying to break into the biz right now.
