Things are flying off the shelves for us at 10% higher than just a month or two ago.

I know the type of rental property that flies off the shelve in my area.

Unless you can build in closets, or somehow build in shelving etc to serve as closets, come resale time, you will have a 0 bedroom home.  

There are some neighborhoods that homes are flying off the shelves, some where they sit.

Of course you have to see if shelves bow, there's any mold, do drawers work smoothly....I house we lived in had a family of five boys and then a family of six boys and the cabinets were just destroyed from years of slamming.
