It's a low percentage play, but depending on the bank, you might be able to negotiate.In my experience, for some reason, banks always want you to seal and stripe the driveways and parking lot unless they have been done recently.  

This city has half a million people and stretches 10 miles from Seal Beach to Compton.I have a lot of units in Long Beach and am currently doing a flip here.  

If you do figure out an arbitrage strategy, you will make some temporary profits but eventually the computers will detect your wins and start front-running your trades.It helps to have an advanced degree in Math/Physics/Statistics, access to sophisticated simulation software to back-test your trading strategies, and the intestinal fortitude of a Navy Seal :)

A good seal will prevent water leakage. 

About 6 months ago I broke the proverbial real estate investment seal and bought my first investment property.

I've been tying to decide on wholesaling before I start the BRRR method and I think responding to your post just sealed the deal for me that while I do want to learn wholesaling to find good deals and learn more about the entire REI process, right now I want to focus on adding passive income so I can take a break when I want.  

Might be good to have these professionally sealed or removed, also  8 x 8 floor tiling.

I'll add the shower panels and seal around the window sill.

Anyway, the roof was replaced as well as sealing up the soffits so I guess you could say I did a self-help eviction on them
