Why don't you give a few of the local retailers a call and ask to see if they have any used fridges for the dimensions/ color you are looking for?

Have tried to vary my investments, a couple of funds, a couple direct, and includes multi family, office, industrial, retail, medical office.

currently doing a fix and flip in Denver (Centennial, Nob Hill) to retail in low $400's. 

As far as I know,  most retail buyers buy based more on terms, money down,  payment per month,  than the price.     

Check locally and online retailers to determine the best deal.

I want to find real estate valued at $260K or more to make a 1031 work when I sell a current property a few months from now, so a few different properties to buy at once.Not looking for turnkey that sells at retail prices, but for properties I can build  25% + appreciation into with rehabbing that will allow me to refinance latter on to follow the BRRRR strategy.
