@Bunmi JooRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I found my first contract through a referral from an investor friendly agent that I met on BP. 

We now spend much more time interviewing and qualifying our GCs and lean hard on referrals.  

I have a couple of referrals for you if you need one. 

Need a referral for a solid escrow attorney who has experience with subject to deals. 

However, their referral fees (20-40%) were pretty steep but still worth it, given the quality.

We plan to have designated broker-officers to facilitate transactions and referrals on behalf of our entity.
