I am a big believer that one should do the work at least once so they are aware of the type of work that is needed in order to complete a certain task so I am very pleased that I took up this task full speed ahead.

Some of the PROS include:- Speed of the payment (Zelle is nearly instantaneous)- Most are free (both Cozy and Zelle are free)- Not having to pickup checks or deal with excuses about checks getting lost in the mail - Not having to go to the bank/ATM to deposit checks or money orders- Not having to worry about bounced (NSF) checks- Payments can be automated so tenants and/or landlords don’t have to do anything after initially setting it up (the payment will just automatically transfer on the chosen day of the month each month)On the other hand, some of the CONS include:- Speed of the payment (This was also listed as a pro, but I wanted to point out that with some of the services - like Cozy - it can take a while for the landlord to receive the payment.

He has a ton of free content online (videos/podcasts).There are others out there such as Eddie speed out of Texas and Martin Saenz who is local (NOVA).

Hey everyone,To bring you up to speed, I'm 26 years old and relatively new to real estate investing.  

I wouldn't break any speed record to financial independence,  but I'd definitely get there. 

I feel the importance of an easily read and clean logo helps a great deal in name recognition.   

Over the years I've found few people that work at my speed or QUALITY.I've never been a big one for "formulas", "scripts" and "wonderful closing techniques".

Their government is running the printing presses full speed, resulting in money that's worth less and less every minute.

:beer:A lot of people speed when drivng but that doesn't make it legal :D This would be a state specific law.

Each Club has its own personality, heartbeat and pulse.There are a few that are nothing but a complete waste of time, but there are others that really do hit the jackpot as far as offering knowledge, support and information let alone finding the one or two people that you can connect with that send your investing to the next level.While I have done a myriad of deals along every spectrum of the investing arena, right now I am loving the thrill of single family home investing because of the speed I can accomplish it at.If you are in Evergreen Park, maybe you should make it to a small networking subgroup I am going to in Oak Forest on Thursday night.
