Does Georgia recognize reciprocity with that state?  

Hi Will,From what I know, you should be able to get a DC license by reciprocity once you have a MD or VA license by passing the law portion of the DC real estate exam.Here are some additional resources.

Some states have reciprocal agreements where you don’t have to go through the licensing classes If you are lIcensed In a state they recognize, but just take the test and pay the free.

amen to Brandon Hall's point....agree 100 percent....highly credentialed information is worth a lot  (like hundreds of dollars per hour) and I see folks with these types of credentials chiming in daily, and they probably deserve a few characters in terms of reciprocity...

They always seem to locate tesimonials mostly written comments from these peole giving a lot of praise and glory about how great the program is and how you should try it. ...Other gurus - a reciprocal arrangement is common - you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

I am happy to reciprocate the referral by providing some very inexpensive, reliable, quality specialty contractors (like Tile for example).
