Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

I have worked as an advisor on some large complex CRE deals in the office space but now want to do MF & SF residential deals as principal. I have worked for many years in investment banking and capital markets. I am particularly effective coming up with creative solutions that both sides agree to. I am ready to ACT NOW, and very willing to reciprocate when helpful to you. I just started listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts...incredibly valuable and on point (thank you Josh, Brandon & Scott). Would be interested in local relevant meet-ups as well.
