Not much equity in either home...Sometimes threads like this make me want to go get licensed out of California so I can solve fun puzzles elsewhere, but not enough to actually do it.Anywho: Hope you got the credit and reserves, because it sounds like you're about to do a batch refinance into your name... clock is ticking.
