Best way to start looking into this is checking comps on Airbnb, look for 30 day min listings and see how they're priced, who's booking (by checking reviews), how the best performing MTRs are set up.Start ups costs are very similar to STRs.

So, you'll want to use tracking software like Hubstaff to monitor what an RTM is really doing. not as much of a concern with a VA if you pay them for performance and not by the hour.- Getting an RTM to buy into your ompany culture.
