There are things you need to be aware of prior to going down that path, though

I used to own a large SFR management company I sold to Evernest in 2019 and I manage a Kroger SC and a set of retail condo suites for a client now but it isn't my thing. 

When we built up the triplex, we set it up so that each of the 11 rooms can be rented out individually (all BR, except 2, have their own bathroom behind an electronically locked door).

I am beachfront (all 4 listings are in the same building, same floor, next door to each other), some are listed as beachfront, others aren't.  

Fatal mistake to buy that on the forward curve.My recommendation would be to get out of this position; the STR is in an extremely oversaturated market and the underlying asset is a clone of many.
