Brian, I’m a contractor that have worked with numerous investors.

But that doesn't stop the perception which is often what drives prices until reality sets in.  

I have not attended any seminars or felt a need to, because there is so much information out here for free (or low very cost) in biggerpockets, various podcast, and numerous great books! 

I was advised by an attorney that I should not have my IRA invest in any property anywhere near where I personally own property because of the possible perception that the IRA was creating value to me personally.It is possible to have your IRA invest into a property with other people. 

Well he now is missing in action despite numerous calls, emails, texts.

I kept getting up and moving forward despite the numerous falls as a newbie landlord. 

However, this experiment in crowd-sourcing has resulted in a sort of local semi-celebrity status, with numerous mentions in area magazines, blogs, and whatnot.

There are numerous sites out there you can use to help you to figure this out as well: zillow, trulia, redfin, realtor.com etc. 

Hello Members,I am new to  BP & this is my first post ,, So I hope I get some leeway in my first presentation.I am attaching an image of a sample spreadsheet I drafted a few minutes ago - to  engage and hopefully close on investors .There are already numerous varieties of Project Analysis Packets in the market today  .However, I have not yet found any that allow one  to view  6 ,10 , or even 50 properties in one shot.
