It's an 860sf unit, so it would be right around the $2.00/sf mark as a LTR, if not a bit higher.I inherited an existing long-term tenant in the first floor apartment, so that unit isn't in nearly as good shape as the fully renovated upstairs unit.

Many new investors don’t have accountants, and for those without one, separating accounts can be a simple way to stay disciplined with cash flow.In my opinion, if money is constantly going in and out of just one account without categorization or oversight, it’s easy for things to spiral and hurt your business.

I have been a real estate investor in Cleveland for 28 years primarily investing in properties near where I live on the near East suburbs of Cleveland. 

If you can keep your properties near enough to each other, it would be better if you can keep renting them STR or MTR.

Sounds like this is maybe in the Wilmore area if it's in a historic district near South End.
