For example, I have friends that love concerts, music festivals, and those types of experiences.

I've started from podcast 1 and sequentially listened to the first 126 podcasts on my way to work and home (completely giving up my passion with listening to music).

At some point that will end, 6.5% as the norm will come back, and it's musical chairs if this is timed horribly relative to what you are doing. 

She was a pot-stirrer who always had trouble paying her rent anyway...in fact, I evicted her in Dec...so I didn't necessarily pay her a lot of mind with the complaints, but did text the main tenant for the large family a couple times to please be mindful of neighbors.However, when we were doing showings, I noticed they did have loud music blaring a lot. 

I had my head in the sand in my 20s, crushing it on my W2 job, earning accolades and occasional promotions (pay increases fractionally followed said accolades).

Feels like we're playing the game of musical chairs and everybody's waiting for the music to stop.

I’m currently a full time professional musician here in ATL, making my living as a touring and studio guitarist, as well as music educator.

A population of 15k couldn't support something like a music rehearsal space building, but perhaps a mixed use of storage, workshops and creative spaces?
