I'm familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) dampers that moderate the air volume in each space with multi-speed (actually VFD) motors for the blowers and dampers that are solenoid controlled, but the systems I'm familiar with are way too expensive for the average home.

Today while looking at a property in a questionable part of the city, I came across a house that had a security camera mounted to the top of the HVAC unit outside.

Problem is age of the kids on motor vehicles and auto coverage being available.

Its kind of hard to tell from your pic exactly what you are doing.Have considered just putting in a wall mounted sink or a small pedalstel sink.

Really inexpensive and can mount them in trees or along the roof edge.

If the bars are hard mounted to the windows and someone cannot escape from the inside you are going to be sued if there is a fire or some other situation.  

I've watched people try to raise much smaller mounts (1-2 million) and it is a very difficult task.Have you ever done such a project? 

It doesn't keep my AC from going out because it sprang a coolant leak or because the compressor motor blew up.
