They'll probably lawyer up, say they weren't notified properly and make your life miserable, while you have to hire your own attorney and pay that out of your funds. 

Your situation has some miserable elements to it!

But even when I was younger, I lived in a very blue collar location at one point with two bars on either side of the house I was renting an apartment in and after about two years, I was absolutely miserable.  

This is a scenario that even highly experienced investors wouldn't get involved with...Why make life miserable for yourself?

Your arguing for Communist actions, not agree to disagree, I agree that Communism is wrong, and it has failed miserable everywhere it's been instituted. 

Also, you need to have great relationships with your title officers because you will be making their life miserable.
