If the worst were to happen and you needed money for medical reasons do you have an adequate emergency fund. 

Unfortunately, I am recovering from a couple medical problems and cannot walk at this time but it has given me a bunch of learning time.

I'm not sure what the marijuana laws are where you're at, but here we have a lot of people that want to open medical marijuana dispensaries, but most landlords don't want to lease to them because it's such a grey area legally.

I have been paying my other bills on time for years and have been keeping up on other recent medical bills. 

I will be working near the medical centers.

I would lock at pockets of properties near the schools, the medical center, airport, etc. 

Buy and hold, house flipping, wholesaling, small multi-family, lease options, land contracts, large multi-family, assisted living facilities, vacation rentals, corporate rentals, self storage, notes, mobile home parks, medical office buildings, turn key rentals, etc.Is your head spinning yet?

Title does matter as the deeds could be titled in ways that under state law would not need court approval or intervention.
