The closest properties that match the luxury aspect are about an hour north, featuring modern high-end luxury, whereas our property offers a 'commercial' luxury due to its size, amenities, and prime location.Interestingly, during our property appraisal, the uniqueness of our home led the bank to require two separate appraisals.

They might find themselves working jobs that don't match their skills while they navigate the process of getting their qualifications recognized.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see from beginners (I'm guilty too) is that you set an ambitious goal & then search for the magical city or the MLS listing for a property that matches your goal.Best motto I heard from my mentors "Great deals are created not found."

@Daniel Lozowy you skip trace to find their contact info. a free way to do so is by searching the address via truepeoplesearch.com and matching that to the owner’s name you have. this is how i contact property owners when searching for deals. hope it helps!

I have never seen that.Any deal you analyze underneath it will say "match me, looking to buy or sell" 

It's very possible to have labour cost lower than the Midwest,or at least matching.

Couple things to check for:- Check to see if the applicant's name, address and personal contact info matches across all information you receive like credit check and ID to make sure you are dealing with who they say they are.- Have a set of rental criteria you are looking for and compare against that criteria, like minimum ratio of income to rent, minimum credit score, etc.
